-Where is the Program & Replays page?

-How does the event work?

The Renew Retreat & Music Festival is a 3-day global event taking place online in our virtual venue. The event is a mix of musical performances, short talks, workshops, and presentations. It begins Friday, March 19, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Pacific, and runs Saturday, March 20, and Sunday, March 21, from 9:00am to 7:30pm Pacific.

The program schedule will available on the Program page. The online festival is free with registration and you may upgrade to a Weekend Retreat pass for access to 16 live workshops (you’ll also have indefinite access to all the workshop replays).

 

Additional Video Troubleshooting:

  • If your video becomes choppy (i.e., starts and stops), please pause the video, keep it paused for a full minute, and then resume playback.

  • If your video completely freezes, refresh the page in your browser.

  • If neither of those solve the problem, try using a different browser, or quit/restart your current browser.

-How do I watch or listen to the free replays?

Festival programming, including all musical sets and short talks, are posted on the Program & Replays page, usually within 1-4 hours after the live broadcast. They are then available to you as free replays for 1 week. Click on the speaker’s name on the left, and the "Play video" section will appear above the speaker’s bio on the right once the video’s been posted.

NOTE: If you don’t see a video replay option, either the video is not posted yet, or the free playback window has expired. If you’ve had the Program & Replays page open for a while, please refresh or reload the page to update it.

 

Audio Troubleshooting:

Our default audio player will work on most devices by clicking the yellow “Play” button. Make sure that the player is not muted by clicking the "max volume" speaker icon on the right side of the volume bar, and that the volume on your computer/device is turned up. If you’re still not hearing anything, then take one of the following steps and try the “Play” button again:

-How do I access the live event?

To access the live event, which runs March 19-21, 2021:

  1. Visit the Renew Retreat and Music Festival website here

  2. Register for your free ticket with your email.

  3. During the live streaming period (Friday, March 19, 5:00pm to 8:00pm Pacific, and Saturday and Sunday, March 20-21, from Noon to 2:00pm and 5:30pm to 7:30pm Pacific), you’ll be able to watch on the Program page

  4. If you are attending the Retreat, you will be able to select workshops to attend via Zoom on Saturday and Sunday starting at 9:00am Pacifc, 10:30am Pacific, 2:00pm Pacific, and 3:30 Pacific. Access your Zoom link in your confirmation email, or on the Premium Access page

-I bought the full Weekend Retreat pass. How do I access my retreat?

If you've upgraded, you’ll have lifetime access to your collection through your Premium Access Downloads page, where you'll find the session videos, and exclusive bonuses as they become available.


To access your collection:

  1. Visit the Premium Access page here.
  2. Enter your email address into the box (the email you used to register for the summit) and click the Sign In button.
  3. If you don't see the Sign In button, you're probably already signed in. (To confirm, click on the Renew: Retreat & Music Festival graphic under "My Summits.")

Once you're signed in, you can scroll down the page to see the materials that are available.

If you are attending the retreat live, you'll be able to select workshops to attend via Zoom on Saturday and Sunday starting at 9:00am Pacifc, 10:30am Pacific, 2:00pm Pacific, and 3:30 Pacific. Access your Zoom link in your confirmation email, or on the Premium Access page.
